Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria is met before mailing any items back to us.
Our Cancellation Policy:
(1). We will not agree cancel order, if your order has already been shipped. You may refuse to sign it once the package arrived but please make sure to return the package in it's original condition (unused and unopened) to us. We will refund you the price of product(The shipping charges you should bear it for the responsibility of yours).
(2). If your order has not been shipped, you maycontact us via 'Customer Service' page on our website for a full refund or replace products.(If you want to cancel the order, it is important to be done before shipment).
Exchange & Return item(s) Policy:
1. Returns / Exchanges without original box and packing material will not be accepted.
2. We will replace or offer 100% refunds only if the product meets one of the following conditions:
Item is defective
Customer received incorrect item (Color, model, size, etc)
3. We offer replacements / exchanges / item refunds for the following conditions:
(Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for replacements / exchanges.)
Buyer simply dislikes the item
Color / model / size issues (Ordered incorrect colors / models / sizes)
Item not as expected
4. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving items, we will give you the returns address.
